Our goal is to keep you moving and promote independence at home and in the community.
I work with a small team of neurophysio's and therapists to provide a person centred approach to your individual goals,wether its getting fitter at home or learning to walk again following a brain injury or accident.

We provide an extra set of eyes over your loved ones during our visits,blood pressures and general well being are monitored for each visit and reported back to whover it may concern.
​
we can visit the service user at home or in a care home whichever suits their needs.
MAINTAIN STRENGTH
Its no secret that as we age we get weaker,we can slow the process by using sensible weights and resistance bands with correct form to maintain and improve strength.This can prevent injury and rehabilitate existing pain and discomfort.
PROMOTE BOWEL FUNCTION
Our carefully selected exercises to suit individual needs include bowel function therapy.

These exercises promote gut and bowel health keeping things moving in the right direction.
MOVE EASIER
Loosen up and keep full range of motion of your body safely in your favorite chair.This includes reduction of swollen ankles (odema) and promote a healthy blood pressure.
BALANCE AND COORDINATION ACTIVITIES
Improve balance and posture during walking and standing.This can improve spine health and rehabilitate existing pains and discomfort.
WRITING AND SPEECH EXERCISE
We can include facial exercise and basic writing skills.Set up by a SALT therapist this is somthing that can be included during your session.
This practice could be needed following a stroke or just to keep strength chewing at meal times or speech when needed.
DEXTERITY AND COGNITION
exercises to practice staying sharp and focused this includes hand to eye coordination and perepharal vision activities.
